“Our guide, Louis, was brilliant. He was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyable day. The staff in the tour shop are also great, I lost a hearing aid in the distillery and they called the office to tell them. The staff then arranged for a driver to go back and pick it up for me. Overall great service. Only complaint is we would rather have had a shorter trip, spending 4 hours sightseeing rather than a 6 hour trip with a 2 hour lunch”
